RU GOLD Machine was founded in 2023 by Uğur ÖZTÜRK in the Ertaş Industrial Site, Nevşehir Central District, and in a short time has become one of the sector’s reliable and innovative companies. Specializing in the production of block machines and block molds, our company operates with a quality-focused manufacturing approach and a service philosophy that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
As of January 2026, the company joined the Gold Mac division of Mussan Group, one of the leading companies in the sector, headquartered in Trabzon. With its dynamic, experienced, customer-oriented, and highly skilled team, Gold Mac combines technology with the machinery industry.
In all the plants and machines we sell, solid body construction, smooth and fast operation, the latest technological components, qualified and experienced workmanship, long service life, and technical service support are adopted as fundamental principles to ensure customer satisfaction. You can confidently place an order for the model and plant you have selected without visiting our factory.
You can start the ordering process by paying 40% of the machine's price. To ensure mutual trust, we sign contracts that protect both parties; if desired, these contracts can be notarized.
Our prices are Ex Works (EXW), delivery is from our factory, and shipping is not included.
VAT is not included. If you are exporting, we can issue your invoices as export-registered.
Delivery time varies between 30 and 60 business days depending on the factory's workload. We will inform you of the estimated delivery date before you place your order.
We offer a 2-year warranty and provide unlimited technical support for our machines.
We cover the machine installation costs. You are only responsible for the installation team's travel, accommodation, and meal expenses.
Our installation team provides the necessary training on-site. For products that do not require installation, we record a training video at the factory and share it with the buyer.
Our main goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in the sales, production, and after-sales processes of blocks, paving stones, and BIM machines.
We strive to provide a high-quality production environment and aim to reach our domestic customers within 24 hours and our international customers within 72 hours with timely support and sufficient spare parts.
